What you'll do

• Oversee residential roofing and exterior projects from pre-construction through completion
• coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and permits
• serve as customer point of contact
• inspect job sites for quality and safety
• lead crews and subcontractors
• manage change orders, documentation, closeout, walkthroughs, and customer reviews
• resolve project challenges
• maintain safe, organized sites
• manage multiple projects and support process improvements.
