What you'll do

• Assist with HUD, Section 8, and LIHTC recertifications and compliance
• schedule and conduct resident interviews
• review income, assets, rent calculations, and documentation
• maintain resident files and waiting lists
• assist with leasing, collections, accounts receivable, deposits, and resident services
• prepare lease documents
• respond to resident concerns and lease violations
• coordinate inspections
• support daily property operations and maintain accurate records.
