Spa Manager on Duty

What you'll do

• Support daily spa operations under the Manager’s direction
• contribute to spa sales goals
• provide customer service to members, prospects, and guests
• maintain spa cleanliness and appearance
• assist with staffing and member issues
• respond to emails, calls, and voicemails
• maintain relationships with members and guests
• assist with inventory, staff onboarding, and schedules
• help run club outreach events
• communicate with Maintenance about cleanliness
• enforce policies and escalate issues to the Spa Manager.
