What you'll do

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and compliance with regulations and company standards
• help create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• assist with classroom transitions
• supervise children during activities and use positive, appropriate discipline techniques
• maintain classroom cleanliness and safety
• communicate with parents about concerns, feedback, and child development.
