What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• complete assessments and clinical documentation
• monitor and communicate changes in resident condition
• supervise and support CNAs and assigned nursing staff
• communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• follow infection-control, safety, and regulatory requirements
• maintain timely documentation.
