What you'll do

• Complete paid orientation and 4–6 weeks of mentor training
• drive assigned Midwest routes and handle drop-and-hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloads
• practice backing, trip planning, logs, and fueling with a mentor
• operate an assigned truck after training
• meet Class A CDL, driving-record, age, physical, and drug-screen requirements.
