Part-Time Concierge, Every Other Weekend

What you'll do

• Answer and route calls
• take and relay messages
• greet visitors and provide information or directions
• support marketing materials
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts
• maintain resident lists, rosters, registers, and guest logs
• coordinate appointments and community resources
• keep front desk areas organized
• sort and distribute mail
• maintain resident forms and follow confidentiality requirements.
