Human Resources Director

What you'll do

• Develop and execute HR strategies
• advise leadership on organizational design, workforce and succession planning, and talent development
• guide employee relations and investigations
• oversee recruiting, onboarding, compensation, payroll, benefits, performance management, compliance, HR systems, records, budgets, and vendor relationships
• lead and develop the HR team.
