What you'll do

• Lead Boise front-end manufacturing operations and performance across safety, quality, yield, cycle time, cost, delivery, workforce capability, and capacity utilization. Set manufacturing strategy, lead technology introductions and capacity ramps, manage operational risks, and ensure regulatory and quality-system compliance. Advance automation, analytics, AI-enabled operations, and digital manufacturing
• build leadership teams and partner across Micron functions and sites.
