This position supports Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) modernization for the U.S. Coast Guard. This role serves as the chief technical architect for the consolidated ICAM enterprise. The architect owns the overarching hybrid identity strategy, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises Active Directory and cloud tenants.

• Lead modernization of legacy access controls.
• Manage enterprise directories, federation, and SSO protocols.
• Architect identity lifecycles and privilege management.
• Design and deploy Zero Trust identity principles.
• Serve as chief technical architect for the consolidated ICAM enterprise.
• Lead technical design for large-scale, cross-product initiatives.
