Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Thayer, MO. Compensation is $15–$17.50 per hour. Southern Missouri Community Health Center provides medical and dental care to its rural community. As a clinic’s front-line contact, the representative welcomes patients and supports efficient office operations through scheduling, check-in and check-out, payment collection, phone handling, document distribution, and electronic medical record data entry. The role helps ensure quality service for clinic patients.

What you'll do

• Enter data into electronic medical records
• answer and direct telephone calls
• distribute office documents
• schedule appointments
• check patients in and out
• collect payments and answer patient questions. A means of transportation to travel between clinics and to out-of-town meetings and training when deemed necessary and appropriate is required.
