- Identify and manage revenue-cycle process improvement projects
- work billing queues and patient account issues
- monitor claims and payer guidelines
- report claims status
- identify rejection and denial trends
- support claims payment
- validate missing encounters and coordinate documentation completion
- navigate payer portals
- follow up on unpaid and denied claims
- post payments and adjustments
- review charge capture and reimbursement issues
- enter hospital encounters and export claims data to vendor portals.
