This position exists to ensure that the organization's most complex technical, architectural, and solutioning challenges are met with consistent, well-defined expertise. It contributes to the team by maintaining authoritative knowledge of platform capabilities and mentoring less experienced analysts.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate deep technical and functional expertise across the Beaker and Imaging Platform continuum.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy and integration tradeoffs.
• Ensure clinical and image object data move reliably between Epic and the imaging platform.
• Manage and create data model and dataflow standards across all imaging solutions.
• Drive mentoring activities to Analysts 1-3.
• Operate at high-level solution shaping and deep technical design altitudes.
• Maintain working fluency across adjacent IT domains.
• Partner with other IT teams as a peer convener.
• Define technical approach and build strategy for projects.
