What you'll do

• Maintain and repair hospital facilities and physical plant systems
• construct, repair, modify, rebuild, or install building components using wood, metal, or synthetic materials
• perform work from work orders, instructions, specifications, diagrams, sketches, or plans
• lead the maintenance crew and oversee lower-level technicians
• assume management duties during the absence of the Plant Services Manager or Director of Plant Services.
