Residential Counselor. Residential Counselor works as part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing supervision to adult residents with severe and persistent mental illness. The Residential Counselor also provides services including but not limited to client supervision, transporting residents on outings, cleaning, cooking, crisis intervention, and mediation management.
