The Pharmacist role is onsite in Delta, CO, with pay of $65.13–$79.39 per hour. River Valley Family Health Centers provides integrated, culturally respectful healthcare and supports its 340B program to serve patients and the community. The pharmacist dispenses medications safely, provides patient education and clinical services, and collaborates with providers to optimize care and outcomes. The role supports access to affordable medications and health equity for underserved and vulnerable populations.

What you'll do

• Administer prescription medicines
• collaborate with providers about prescriptions
• counsel patients on minor ailments, adverse effects, and potential medication interactions in collaboration with onsite providers
• sell over-the-counter medications using point-of-sale software
• support the 340B program
• travel between clinics as needed.

Why this role

Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy, active state pharmacist license, BLS certification, and immunization certification. Relocation is available for qualified out-of-state candidates; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
