What you'll do

• Lead roadway design plans
• prepare and review plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates
• coordinate with project managers, clients, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies
• ensure compliance with VDOT, AASHTO, MUTCD, and local standards
• use MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer
• support schedules, budgets, and quality control
• collaborate with traffic, drainage, structures, and environmental teams
• mentor junior engineers and designers
• assist with proposals and project pursuits.

Why this role
