What you'll do

• Communicate with clients throughout the pre-litigation process and with treating doctors and medical providers
• prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and filings
• assist attorneys with pre-litigation activities
• research and analyze relevant laws and legal issues
• track case progress and deadlines
• organize case information in case-management software and databases.
