What you'll do

• Set up and operate lathes and milling machines
• review drawings, blueprints, instructions, and production parts
• perform CNC setup, milling, turning, and close-tolerance machining
• measure parts and set machine parameters
• operate manual, semi-automated, or automated machines
• plan task sequences and adjust feeds or settings
• maintain completed-component inventory
• inspect output and address defects
• perform routine machine maintenance
• maintain a clean and safe workstation.
