What you'll do

• Provide daily hygiene care with dignity and respect
• learn residents’ preferences to personalize care
• document care promptly and accurately
• report changes or concerns to appropriate team members
• follow safety, infection-control, and risk-management procedures
• keep the supervisor informed of resident status
• assist with other duties as needed.
