Swiss Machinist Lead — Weekend Nights

The Swiss Machinist Lead — Weekend Nights role is onsite in Osseo, MN. Base pay is $33–$47.90 per hour, plus a shift premium and eligibility for a quarterly bonus with a 5% target. The role supports production of precision medical components in a clean, air-conditioned shop. The lead sets up and runs Swiss CNC machines while guiding production quality, output, and scrap performance. The role also coaches machinists, verifies tight tolerances, uses statistical process control data to maintain part quality, and keeps production records and shift handoffs accurate.

What you'll do

• Set up and run Swiss CNC machines with up to nine axes using G and M code and some macro programming knowledge
• guide production to meet quality, output, and scrap targets
• coach and train machinists and operators
• verify tolerances with precision measurement tools and systems
• use SPC data to guide offsets and tool changes
• maintain records, communicate shift handoffs, and escalate concerns
• support attendance, performance reviews, and hiring interviews.
