What you'll do

• Collect, wash, dry, and store soiled cookware and dishes
• clean and restock cook stations for the next shift
• clean kitchen machines and appliances
• keep the dish area organized
• assist with unloading and storing deliveries
• sweep and mop floors
• remove trash and clean receptacles
• assist restaurant staff as needed
• report kitchen accidents or food-safety violations
• prepare dining and kitchen areas for opening, closing, and service periods.
