What you'll do

• Oversee site security staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• ensure required training and screening are complete
• monitor overtime
• inspect personnel and job performance
• support payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders
• recommend personnel actions
• respond to client requests
• make emergency notifications as required by site post orders
• direct subordinates
• recommend productivity and cost improvements.
