The Key Holder role is onsite in Hays, KS. Compensation is $15.71 per hour. The position supports Goodwill Industries of Kansas’s retail operations and its mission to transform lives and communities through education, training, and employment. The role exists to help open and close and operate the retail store, overseeing sales-floor and store activities when other management staff are absent. Through customer service, staff supervision, inventory work, and store records, the Key Holder supports daily operations and Goodwill’s mission.

What you'll do

• Open and close the store
• oversee store operations in the absence of other management
• supervise sales associates and the sales floor
• assist customers and handle complaints
• receive and check stock, oversee checkouts and transfers, and maintain merchandise displays and rotation
• maintain sales records and reports
• support store cleanliness
• perform administrative and recordkeeping duties, including deposits, when management is absent
• sort and prepare clothing and textiles for sale.
