What you'll do

• Identify and track public and private bid opportunities
• prepare and submit proposals with required documents, pricing, and subcontractor and vendor quotes
• review specifications, drawings, and contract documents
• coordinate estimates and pricing
• maintain bid calendars, databases, prequalification forms, and relationships
• assist with project planning and scheduling
• coordinate material delivery
• maintain contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• monitor progress and budgets
• support reports, invoices, and closeout documentation.
