Manufacturing Team Member — Production Shifts

The Manufacturing Team Member role is onsite in Greenfield, IN. Pay is $21.00 per hour on first shift, $22.00 per hour on second shift, and $23.00 per hour on third shift. Indiana Automotive Fasteners’ stated mission is to support family safety through team quality. This role supports production by setting up and changing over machines, running orders to specifications, checking and packaging products, monitoring process controls, and maintaining production records. Team members also help with material movement, inventory counts, safe work practices, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Set up and change over machines

Why this role

Training begins on first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., for up to six weeks before moving to the hired shift. The posting lists second shift Monday–Friday, 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m., and third shift Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; mandatory four-hour training overtime is specified for weeks 11–14.
