Material Handler

The Material Handler role is onsite in Brighton, CO. Compensation is $21–$26 per hour plus bonus. Crusoe develops and operates AI infrastructure, with an energy-first approach to supporting AI workloads. The material handler supports production by preparing, packaging, and moving materials from manufacturing shops to job sites. The role helps ensure accurate inventory, safe handling, complete shipping documentation, and timely delivery while contributing to quality checks and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Coordinate shipping schedules and prepare shipping invoices and packing slips
• load and package outgoing shipments
• inspect incoming and outgoing inventory
• tag materials
• use a pallet jack or forklift to move materials and load or unload trucks
• complete quality check sheets
• photograph projects and document damages, overages, or shortages
• support status updates, safety, and training of new team members.

Why this role

Forklift experience and ability to use basic hand tools required; must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and pass a comprehensive background check. ERP software and ISO 9001:2015 experience are bonus qualifications.
