What you'll do

• Lead enterprise initiatives from planning through adoption
• develop project plans and success measures
• coordinate teams and manage risks
• partner with Campus Presidents on performance
• analyze KPIs and develop action plans and dashboards
• coach campus leaders
• support onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development
• collaborate across admissions, education, career services, compliance, marketing, finance, HR, IT, facilities, and organizational development.
