The role supports company growth and change by establishing scalable hiring and HR processes and partnering with executive leadership on workforce needs, automation, system migrations, and acquisitions.

What you'll do

• Manage talent acquisition strategy, process design, workforce planning, and hiring
• build scalable recruiting processes
• strengthen sourcing and candidate experience
• establish recruiting metrics and market intelligence
• serve as a strategic HR partner to executives
• conduct team roundtables and one-to-ones
• lead employee relations, performance management, coaching, and organizational health initiatives
• ensure compliance and proper use of the PEO partner
• support change management.
