What you'll do

• Safely handle and sell Walden Local products
• prepare the store for opening and closing
• maintain cleanliness and safety
• provide customer service
• promote the home-delivery meat share program
• educate customers about the meat industry, the company mission, and meat cuts. Butchery skills, including whole-animal butchery and custom cuts, are an optional learning opportunity.
