What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule caregivers for clients
• handle initial client intake calls and gather care needs
• communicate with clients, families, and caregivers
• assist with caregiver hiring, onboarding, and coordination
• manage schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs
• maintain accurate client and caregiver records
• support day-to-day operations and care coordination
• provide professional customer service.
