What you'll do

• Answer phones and distinguish routine from emergency cases
• schedule appointments
• greet clients and admit and check out appointments
• process payments and manage financial information
• communicate between clients and staff
• remain professional and compassionate with clients, including during emotional or emergency situations
• explain hospital services and recommendations clearly.
