Job overview

The Enterprise Resource Planning Grants Analyst role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA; salary is $80,000–$90,000 per year. The position supports the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Innovation & Technology and its OPAL ERP and Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence modernization project. The analyst helps define, configure, test, document, and improve grants, contracts, billing, and receivables processes in the new system. The role supports implementation, user training, phased deployment, and ongoing system maintenance and optimization for city departments.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and refine workflows and requirements for grants, projects, contracts, billing, and receivables
  • design future-state processes
  • prioritize and document system configuration
  • test configurations and develop unit test cases
  • prepare training content and user procedures
  • monitor workflow compliance
  • report weekly tasks
  • after deployment, research production issues, assess new releases, conduct regression testing, update procedures and training, and identify process improvements.
