The driver safely transports passengers to and from the VA Medical Center, assists riders with mobility devices, and helps maintain a reliable transportation schedule through inspections, vehicle upkeep, and coordination with other drivers.

What you'll do

• Greet passengers professionally
• assist customers using wheelchairs or walkers
• safely operate the shuttle between parking areas and designated stops
• follow driving procedures, safety protocols, and VA rules
• coordinate with other drivers
• conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
• refuel and clean the shuttle as needed
• report concerns to the Site Supervisor.
