What you'll do

• Promote rental properties through online listings, social media, and other channels
• maintain accurate listings and assist with marketing materials
• greet and qualify prospective tenants
• conduct property tours and follow up with prospects
• collect and review applications
• conduct credit and background checks
• verify income, employment, and references
• prepare lease documents and explain terms
• collect deposits and fees
• respond to resident concerns
• coordinate maintenance requests
• support renewals and retention.
