What you'll do

• Prepare repair estimates using CCC ONE
• review vehicle damage with customers and explain repairs
• communicate with insurers and adjusters
• manage supplements and update repair plans
• coordinate with technicians
• maintain documentation, photos, and repair files
• oversee repairs from intake through final delivery.
