What you'll do

• Oversee daily facility maintenance and upkeep
• perform and coordinate general repairs
• identify and address maintenance issues promptly
• handle carpentry, installation, finish work, painting, patching, flooring, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• maintain equipment and appliances
• coordinate with outside contractors and tradespeople
• prioritize maintenance requests
• keep maintenance areas and workspaces organized.
