What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow chef-created lists, label and stock ingredients, prepare and measure food, monitor storage and temperatures, track inventory, and maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen.
• Dishwashers care for the dish machine and keep dishware, utensils and cookware clean and available while following sanitation standards.
