Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator is an onsite, part-time position in Colorado Springs, CO, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Jetson’s mission is to accelerate the transition of homes away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. The coordinator manages warehouse receiving, returns, kitting, staging, and inventory transactions so field teams have the materials needed for service and installation work. Accurate inventory tracking and timely replenishment help reduce job-site disruptions.

What you'll do

• Receive and process returned materials
• unload, organize, and load outbound materials
• assemble and stage kits for installation and service projects
• communicate shortages, overages, and issues to the supply chain team
• support replenishment
• track inventory and enter usage, return, and transfer transactions in NetSuite
• perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
