What you'll do

• Manage projects and programs, including facility relocations and small civil capital projects
• manage project costs, budgets, forecasts, and trends
• coordinate 5–10 active projects, contractors, and materials
• maintain plans, reports, and technical documents
• coordinate resources and communications
• develop project, resource, and staffing plans
• track progress and resolve issues
• monitor schedule, cost, and resource changes
• review submittals and project files
• lead meetings
• handle associated regulatory and legal matters
• support project closeout and reconciliation.
