What you'll do

• Meet homeowners during set appointments
• explain roofing and remodeling services and assess project needs
• guide customers from consultation to project kickoff
• maintain customer information, activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM systems
• answer questions about materials, timelines, and expectations
• recommend solutions
• collaborate with internal teams
• attend weekly training and sales meetings.
