What you'll do

• Operate a yard truck to move trailers within the facility
• position trailers at dock doors
• perform trailer checks and maintain yard organization
• inspect the yard truck and report mechanical issues
• record trailer moves
• verify trailer contents against shipping papers
• coordinate moves with dock supervisors
• secure trailers before movement
• assist with forklift or general warehouse duties as needed.
