What you'll do

• Manage product and process quality and continuous improvement programs
• oversee compliance functions and supervise the Compliance Engineer
• manage customer quality requirements through documentation, process controls, and inspection plans
• supervise quality personnel
• present business-unit quality metrics to corporate management
• manage customer and supplier corrective actions
• coordinate quality assurance functions and share practices across sites in Hamden, Mexico, Vietnam, and China.
