What you'll do

• Represent the State in criminal cases in District and Circuit Court
• litigate assigned cases
• advise police entities on investigations
• review and approve search and seizure warrants
• provide discovery
• summon and interview witnesses
• obtain physical and digital evidence
• prepare pleadings
• litigate pretrial motions, jury and bench trials, sentencing hearings, and post-conviction and sentence-reconsideration motions
• perform other assigned duties.
