The 3PL Warehouse Associate - Retail Ready role is onsite in DuBois, PA, with pay of $17–$21 per hour. Mountainy provides third-party logistics and fulfillment services for online retail businesses, including warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. The associate prepares customer inventory to meet Amazon FBA, retailer, and customer packaging requirements. The role supports accurate, quality-controlled fulfillment by labeling, assembling kits, inspecting and repackaging products, and preparing outbound pallets according to procedures and productivity standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare products to Amazon FBA, retailer, and customer packaging requirements
• apply FNSKU, carton, warning, and other product labels
• assemble promotional kits, subscription boxes, and bundles
• inspect products for quality, damage, defects, and accuracy
• repackage products and verify quantities, SKUs, and lot numbers
• shrink wrap, poly bag, bundle, and prepare outbound pallets
• follow SOPs and productivity and quality standards. Requires lifting up to 75 pounds, pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and basic computer and handheld scanner skills.
