What you'll do

• Lead and develop the harness engineering team
• oversee harness design, development, validation, and certification
• ensure compliance with customer requirements and aerospace standards
• manage program execution, technical performance, risk, and resources
• review harness architecture and technical documentation
• support prototype builds, qualification testing, inspections, and production readiness
• coordinate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
