Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs across commercial properties using a work order system
• troubleshoot building issues and perform HVAC, electrical, or plumbing maintenance within training and authorized scope
• handle general repairs including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, door hardware, and minor fixture repairs
• assist with build-outs and property improvements
• identify safety concerns and communicate larger repair needs
• share work-order notes and repair status with the other technician.
