The role contributes to production by following work instructions and specifications, monitoring equipment and quality, documenting results, and supporting safe, efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Follow work instructions, production procedures, specifications, schedules, and safety requirements
• fabricate, process, inspect, and package composite materials
• operate furnaces, ovens, and presses, including loading, unloading, startup, and shutdown
• monitor equipment and processes and participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement
• perform quality checks with measuring tools and record results
• move materials with approved equipment
• perform routine light maintenance
• maintain an organized work area
• cross-train and assist coworkers.
