What you'll do

• Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• assist with litigation preparation and support attorneys in court proceedings
• use workers’ compensation law knowledge to provide legal assistance
• collaborate on case strategies and client representation
• prepare written correspondence and legal documentation.
