What you'll do

• Answer signal lights, bells, and intercoms
• bathe and dress patients
• serve food and assist with feeding
• transport patients or assist them with walking
• reposition bedfast patients
• change linens and keep rooms tidy
• take and record vital signs and intake/output as directed
• prepare and manage supplies
• assist with ongoing assessment and appointments
• attend scheduled meetings and training
• document in Caretracker each shift.
